Bio
From 2006-2007, as one of the original Daily Painters, Sally worked hard at disciplines that helped her pave a way toward greater insight into life as a painter. Hoping to leave behind the cramped illustration techniques she has used as a professional medical illustrator, Sally threw caution to the wind, allowing for a remarkable transition from realism to impressionism. As of late, touches of abstract expressionism have also emerged. Painting open air with palette knives holds a promise of lively and fresh work. She feels it's her best opportunity for both technical and spiritual growth. Still painting this way as close to daily as a busy mom's schedule will permit, Sally continues to discover the rewards of brave, unabashed journeys. Destinations are unknown, so grace and fulfillment always lay within the moment.

Sally participates in many local, regional and national juried shows and paint-outs and has won several place awards as well as awards of honor and excellence. She offers several 3-4 day workshops in her home town of Orlando as well as throughout the US, and more recently overseas Europe.
